SURF MUSIC x FIMMIGRM Topline CHALLENGE Output: Next-Generation VSinger Project “En-gene” Organizer: SURF Music Inc., TMIK Inc. Period: December 5, 2025 – Q2 2026 We’re launching a new creator initiative at the front line of human–technology co-creation with TMIK. This is a two-part initiative that blends topline generation technology with human collaboration—aimed at potential release opportunities with TMIK’s VSinger project En-gene. 【Campaign Overview】 ◼︎ Part I — SUMBISSION: Use FIMMIGRM to generate a topline for your own instrumental, refine it into your track, and submit on SURF. ※Submission Period: December 5, 2025 - January 7th 2026 ◼︎ Part II — SURF SESSION: Selected creators are invited to professional sessions curated by agehasprings , the creative company behind countless hit songs, to develop the strongest songs for possible release with the En-gene VSinger Project.  ※VSingers are virtual artists focused on singing, with fast-growing fanbases across Asia. This project helps you learn the stylistic language that travels in the world’s #2 music market, Japan, and introduces you to a burgeoning sector of entertainment home-grown in the Asia markets.  This campaign is built on a core belief that human creativity and technology can work hand-in-hand as long as the tech is applied creatively and sourced ethically. We want every creator to explore the future of music in a space where creativity, ethics, and technology align. Polish your demo in your own DAW ※edit the generated topline freely ※la-la guides/synth melodies are accepted. 4. 【Terms】 ※Notes on Arrangement Fee Allocation ◼︎ Arrangement Fee Allocation: up to JPY 500,000 per selected work ◼︎ Splits: All splits (including arrangement fees) for released works will be determined after reviewing Session contributions. ◼︎ Agreements: All final releases will require separate agreements with TMIK. *Publishing will follow the standard Japanese music publishing split (25% lyrics / 25% composition / 50% publisher).
